Adelaide Clemens
Born and raised in Brisbane Australia. Daughter of the British father. Clemens began her career as an actress on Australian television while she was in high school. Clemens was a guest in a show called Blue Water High, as Juliet as Juliet, on the show in 2006. The following year, she portrayed Alison as Alison in Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji. Clemens was Harper on the Showtime series Love My Way that year and was nominated for a Graham Kennedy Award for Most Outstanding New Talent in the 2008 Logie Awards for the role. Clemens played the role in Dream Life (2008), a dramatic MTV Networks Australia film. It starred Sigrid Thornton Xavier, a character played by Linda Cropper Andrew McFarlane. Clemens played the role of Jan Logan's Jewelery in the same year. Clemens transferred to Los Angeles California the United States in 2009. Clemens portrayed Xandrie in the film Wasted on the Young. Clemens appeared in Camilla Dickinson (2012) alongside Gregg Sulkin Cary Elwes Samantha Mathis. It was a dramatization of Madeleine L'Engle's 1951 novel that had the same name. Clemens portrayed Heather Mason as a teenager and was in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The film's horror plot was inspired by the survival horror video game Silent Hill 3 and was an sequel to the movie Silent Hill.That year, Clemens also played a lead role as the young suffragette Valentine Wannop in Parade's End a television mini-series adaptation from Silent Hill, a Ford Madox Ford tetra-logy co-produced by HBO and BBC Two. Clemens was a character in Luke Evans' 2012 horror film No One Lives. Also, she was in 2013's film The Great Gatsby based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel of the same title. She played Catherine her sister Myrtle Wilson played by Isla Fisher. Clemens is Tawney Talbot, the star for Ray McKinnon's Sundance Channel miniseries on TV Rectify. Natalie Dormer, Stephen Graham and Zachary Quinto will join her in The Girl Who Invented Kissing.
