Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness shows when she was sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. At the age of 17 She was granted her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. After quitting gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows in the year she turned 16. The Pro Card within a year and was 17. So becoming one of the smallest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel has been away for six years from the stage following her acquisition of her Professional Card in order to finish her undergraduate studies. In 2015, she re-appeared on stage to compete in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several more seasons, setting new goals each year. She won another four fitness awards by the end of 2009. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in history. After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to finish her college degree. Then, in October 2015 she made her return to competition by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish in third place. The summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel felt proud that she had been ranked 6th in the Fitness Division even though she not having any expectations. Ariel competed against one of the world's best athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her physique each year. Ariel's top body part to work out includes her lower back. Ariel usually performs bent-over row and single-arm lat-pull-downs (on an exercise machine), pull-ups and seated-rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to training. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. This is accomplished by creating all of her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. This kind of routine twice per week one day being lightweight day, and another day that is heavy.
