Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah is an Indian actress, playback performer and a musician who works most often in Tamil and Malayalam film productions in the language. Her first appearance as an actor was with the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam and also made her Malayalam debut in Annayum Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah was born in an Anglo-Indian family from Arakkonam in and Tamil Nadu.Andrea's dad is an attorney with the Madras High Court. The younger sister of her is a Belgian research assistant who is employed in Leuven. Jeremiah was born near Chennai and went to National Public School and graduated from Women's Christian College. Andrea began learning classical piano at age eight. Andrea was a huge enthusiast who aspired to become a psychiatrist. At age 10 she was involved in the Jackson Five-style group known as Young Stars which formed the basis of her first recording and composing music career. In university, she was an artist in the theater and participated in various stage plays arranged by The Madras Players. Then she was the Student Senate President at Women's Christian College. Andrea's career in theatre began with Girishkarnad Nagamandala. In 2006 she played in a leo commercial along with actor Shiva. She was also in an episode that was telecast on Podhigai. Her performances have been all over India. She played a minor role on the Kanda Mudhal finale (2005). Gautham Menon enlisted Andrea to be the main character following her performance. she performed in the film Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu. Andrea played Kalyani the housewife her husband has been involved in an affair. The character was blackmailed. Andrea got the part of Kalyani after Simran Shobana, Tabu as well as other actors were offered the chance to audition for the role. The film debuted in the beginning of 2010. The film was released in early 2010. be a part-time support role in Venkatprabhu's multi-starrer Mankatha that was launched in August 2011 In 2013 she began her career in Malayalam film by appearing in Rajeeev's romance film Annayum Rasoolum.
